Lifestyle’s relentless pursuit for uncovering the best breaking talent in the Drum and Bass scene continues, this time showcasing the debut single of Portuguese geezer ‘Vowel.’ This two track release containing a more outright dancefloor track and a grimey half time number is sure to get things moving in the rave.

“After his move from Lisbon to Bristol, Mike Vowel sent us these two beasts and almost instantaneously after hearing them, we knew we had to put these out. We then went on to meet Mike in person for the first time in his home country at a recent gig we played in Porto with Counterpoint after he flew himself out. Talk about dedication m808!

Now we’ll let him get back to his studies in Bristol, but we expect a lot more to come from Vowel. His time is now.”
