Biding their time, hiding in the past, known only through ancient scriptures. The sound of Maniatics is ready to return to Titan for a mammoth EP.

Maniatics have been very busy as late. From performing on the Titan stage at this years Let It Roll, releasing on the Titans special EP for the festival and all their other gigs in-between. Now they return to Titan with the Script EP.

Big Market starts the EP off and it’s a serious statement of intent. Winding arps lead in to a bass that sounds like an AK-47 being fired. Script starts with the same intensity but with subtle undertones of something sinister lurking. Once the bass has erupted the full force of this track emerges. A catchy lead sequence opens Parker that takes you to the catchy bassline. This is a real use of combining sub genres to make something that can work in any rave.

What do you realise when listening to Despacito? The question is in the track and what we realise is that this is a track that is a djs tool. You’ll see what we mean. Rounding off the EP is a VIP of Maniatic’s smash of last year Rock This Place. You could say this EP has re written the Script? .......... We’ll get our coats.
