Danny Styles here. You may or may not have heard through the grapevine that 24 Karat Gold is making a comeback. I've restarted the label and given it slightly new name 24 Karat Jungle.
The first release is 2 remixes of early 24 Karat Gold tracks 'Come Down Selecta' and 'Good Old Days'.
The 'Come Down Selecta' remix is a straight up jungle amen banger! Soundclash and rare groove samples give this 2018 mix an old skool feel, yet it sounds decidedly modern.
The 'Good Old Days' remix is more of a roller. Twisted sub basses, dark sounding pads and roll out beats.
These tracks are not slated for release, YET. I think I'm looking at late September early October as a tentative release date.
