If you would like a refund, you can request this within 14 days of this announcement, until 30th June 2021.

Resident Advisor Ticket Buyers:

To keep your ticket, head to your order in the “My Tickets” section and click "Keep Tickets". Your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you would prefer a refund, there will also be a "Refund Tickets" button in your order history. Click this and a refund will be processed back into the account used to purchase your tickets. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to land in your account.

You have 14 days to choose one of these options after which they will no longer be available, so your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Please note these options are only available via the website and not in the mobile app.

If you have purchased your ticket from Skiddle, Eventbrite or FreeFromSleep – Please contact them directly.
