We’re back... This time in one of Kent’s most treasured venues - Ramsgate Music Hall. Voted NMEs ‘Small Venue of the Year’ 2016, this ones sure to excite anybody with a passion for music and rave culture alike.
We’ve bought a whole heap of UK Bass / DnB artists to Canterbury over the last couple of years, however now we’re broadening our horizons. Dubstep, Garage, Jungle - LOW END is going to soon become the sole supplier of consistent happy memories, head bobbing and good vibes
This time around, we’re keeping things on lockdown. Not even our promoters will find out who the special guest is before the night, no clues will be given on our page, all however will be revealed on set time posters dotted around the venue on the evening of September 5th.
From 6pm onwards we have as standard a heavyweight line-up that’s sure to excite any bass music lover. From the talented Wayv D, making movements throughout the UK Bass scene with support from the likes of Skepsis, NuBass, Clean Shirt and more - to fresh local DJ / Producer MPH alongside our other residents Nautik and Cynical. THE SPECIAL GUEST WILL BE REVEALED ON THE NIGHT
We wanted to take this opportunity to showcase some emerging local talent from East Kent’s coastlines, and felt the best way of doing that was to get the DJs at SES and Dirty Sound Labs on board. These lot have been making waves with recent gigs around the area, showcasing fresh local DJs who all share the same passion as ourselves. With some help from the boys at Lucidity DnB, these guys will taking over things upstairs in Room 2 from the get go. We’re as excited as you lot are to see what these guys have in store for us!
We will also be running a competition for DJs looking for a Main Room set. This involves recording a 15 minute mini-mix showcasing your chosen genre, whether its DnB, Bassline, Dubstep, or any bass-heavy genre - we're just looking to find someone special to potentially get involved with our team for the long run. - Please upload the 15 minute mix onto SoundCloud with the title "LE Seaside Sessions #001 mini-mix: [NAME HERE]" and we will pick a winner on Sunday 2nd September.
