"In this fourth instalment on the recently re-launched C4C Limited, we turn to two outstanding producers from Spain. Although relative new comers to the scene, their quality of music has caught our attention and envisages the sound and style we love here at Cause4Concern.
AWAKENING' Driven by a dominant mid-range riff and supported by energetic beats, this act of aural terror turns the screws to force confessions on the ‘floor. Funk fuelled energy that will awaken all who listen.
MITSURUGI’ The name Mitsurugi in Japanese consists of two elements: mi, whose meaning differs based meaning "beautiful", meaning "three", or meaning “heavenly”, and tsurugi, a kind of sword. This track is heavy, rolling and bound to leave a scar!
MAKOTO’ following the Japanese theme, as a noun, Makoto means "sincerity" or "truth". The main synth riff swirls through ambient rushes and thuds along the intro, until a euphoric vocal is dropped in to start raising the pressure. The outset offers up a well-built intro and lets the bass do some heavy damage.
UNDERWORLD’ as the name suggests, takes you into the seedy world of dark stab induced funk. Be careful where you wander. This track has the power of a steam train and will knock everyone of the tracks, you’ve been warned!
